Question what should i be paying? any suggestions?

hey guys, i finally went down to the wreckers that my dads mate owns today after skool.

i was lookin at a few things in the yard and apart from owning the joint, my mates dad is an exhaust specialist!

after havin a look i found a few things that i think are a good price but i just wanna make sure im not gettin ripped lol, btw, im in a country town so i understand that prices will be a bit higher no matter wat...

2 1/2" cat-back sports exhaust, new cat and extractors for a little over $1000 installed.

15" CSA 5spoke mags with brand new tyres for $800

and...remove the vacationer stickers and fix up all my scratches and scuffs for a bit over $200 (dis includes buffing my whole car to get rid of the shit the stickers left)

what do u guys think?? im not gonna go out and say yes straight away coz i dont have the money but i thort i was gettin a reasonable deal.

    cheers
    Josh

the csa mags, yeah, sounds about right, 150 a tyre, and 50 per mag, csa arnt that popluar, and they are only 15 inch.

how ever the exhaust, well, that sounds way over the top to me, a mate got his done, 2 1/2 exhaust flange all teh way back for 550, but who knows may be hard to get gear in country towns

yeah, CSA and ROH r the most popular where i live, theyre everywhere!

umm the exhaust is exhaust+new cat (mine got smashed in) and extractors... from wat i understand extractors cost a fair bit to get and then get installed...?

$1000 for extractors, new cat, catback 2.5" sounds pretty good fitted.. so long as it's all NEW.

As for the 15's... i'd skip them unless you really like the style. Check out ebay you can get 17's with half decent tyres for that money.

headers are worth about 350 -400 i would think.. 250 - 300 for a cat back exhaust. and i wouldn't go gettting a cat. i bet if you look around you will find a second hand one for next to nothing. i sold a really good one on ebay for about $30.
i wouldn't be paying 800 for 15 inch wheels.. look on ebay.. you would get a set of 16's or 17's for that.. i got a set of 17 inch 5 spokes for 300. with average tyres... i spose they are brand new tryes. but still if you look around you will find some bargains.. if you do buy the rims and tyres make sure they are good tryes for that price.
i live in a small counrty town and know what you are going through. just shop around.. that is what i do.. freight isn't that dear these days..

yeah true true, cheers for the quick replys too guys.

yeah all the stuff is brand new, the bloke has to order it after i go back to see him, umm i hafta have a cat for the emissions shit dont i? i dont wanna get ass raped by the cops for not having one, the last thing i need is no car lol. hrm well these mags are pretty much brand new, with brand new tyres. they were on my mates vp wagon b4 he got totalled. the tyres had only been on there 3 weeks and the mags were only a month old. i had a good look today and they are perfect, no scratches, no dings, nothing... and i like the look of 15's very sly :P

If you like the 15's get them but if you put in a bit more money you can get a nice set of 17's. i just got nice 17's for my car from bobjane. they were on sale for $1100 with brand new rubber. and they are realy good looking rims. I got a no deposit no interest for 12 months deal so im just paying a few bucks off a week cause i dont have too much money. Just remembered your in a country town so you prob wont have a bobjane near by but if you do its worth havin a look.
