Pedal box

How easy is it to pull the pedal box out in a VN ? I looked today but it was too dark in there. Where are the bolts on the outside or inside?

i think its 3 on the inside and 2 on the outside. But im not 100% sure. Im almost positive it has 2 on the outside thou
