Exclamation Urgent Help: Electronics Gone Crazy

Hello, I have a very bizaare problem with my holden wackmobile. After blackening my tailights i believe water got into the bulbs when rear light cases was removed as it was wet and the car was in the rain.
    THE PROBLEM:
*Dash & Console lights dont come on
*Parker lights dont come on with lights
*Parker lights come on when brakes are pressed instead of the usual bright lights
    *Reverse lights fuse blew (fixed)
    THE STORY:
The story is I took the lights out, blackened them, put them back on and no lights in the rear would turn on unless brakes pressed. And dash lights wont come on. And reverse lights not at all.
Found that reverse light fuse was blown so replaced with inside lamp fuse.
Then found when brakes are pressed all the dash and console lights light up (not fully but VERY dimmed) and the parkers come on.
What the hell is happening!? What should I check, what should i replace, what should i repair
    SOLUTION:
    HELP PLEASE!!!!

check the earths and make sure they are on the body metal of the car,
make sure the correct globes are fitted in the correct globe holder,
spray wd40 into the globe holders to get rid off water, make sure contacts are not corroded, if they are go get new ones.

I've had some crappy globes from new , that had an internal short between brake and parker filaments. Happened a couple of times, it had me stumped for a while why things went all wacky when I put the brake on.

Yeah i agree with Frd_thmsn the bulbs short across. You may have upset 1 of them while you had your lights out. Take your brake bulbs out then turn parkers on and replace them 1 by 1. That way you will know which 1 is no good.

If you have a bad earth the current will run through the parker fillament.its a fairly common fault. diconnect the 2 tail light looms at each side and see if you still have the prob, ie when you hit the brakes see if the dash lights/parkers come on
Was the prob there before you tinted the tail lamp.

one of the reverse light wires probably has a short in it, or the wires on the reverse switch could have a short in it.

dont know how to explain it, but if you follow all the wireing back from the reverse lights they may have a cut in them. this usually occurs when the wires pass through the body or where the wires pass near a crush point eg the boot hinges.
I would start by checking where the wires go down through the body to the gearbox. That is under the h/u.
I would probably start by taking out 1 bulb and seeing if the fuse blows. The bulbs could also be causing your problem.

Thanks for the reply. But they dont blow immediately, they go alright for about 3 days then randomly blows. And the first few times i thought Id let it slide, but now it is a pain in the ass. But back to the point a factor which may be a suspect is also when i was putting the lights back on the car (the big plastic part of it) when I was screwing it up I accidently over tightened one and it cracked right up the top of the light unit allowing water to go in. Could that be causing it?
