engine conversion

Hi all, your gona say im crazy but i want to put a V6 auto into a VN Calais that was a 5 litre 5 speed. My mate is pullin the V8 out and puting it in a VC and i was gona buy the shell of him and chuck a V6 in for a work car. I just want to know what i need for the conversion and how hard it will be. I know ill need the engine, trans, loom and ECM, exhaust, tail shaft??? will i need to change the fuel pump?
Any info on the subject would be great.

youde be better off just buying a vn thats mechanically sound, (your gunna need one for the driveline) and if you really want a calia just mock the bastard up like one, i can understand a v6 to v8 but yeah too much work for somthing thats already done
