Depends who you try to sell it to. Young people who want to go fast will probably pay a little extra for it. Old people who know SFA about cars probably wouldn't know what to pay and old people who do know about cars will probably pay a little less because they might be concerned that it's been 'abused'.
Still...what that list of mods, I'd be inclined to say that it's worth a little more than it used to be, not heaps, but a bit.
Gravity is proof that nature keeps getting us down.
You'll never get your money's worth from mods. Ever. I spent about $5000 on modifying my old Mazda, and was still only able to sell it for the same price as stock models around the same mileage. Then again, I did rip out my sound system and replace it with the stock one. Yougner people will generally be willing to part with a bit more money for a car with a bit of boom.
With that list of mods, you could probably add $4000 to the retail price of your carUnless it's gone over 300,000km. Have a read-around and see what other modified $2-3000 cars are selling for.
well that sounds fair. im looking at getting no more then 4k for it.Originally Posted by Morton
