Hokay. HSV enhanced means it has a snorkel type CAI, 185KW memcal, and different exhaust headers. I'm pretty sure that's the lot.Originally Posted by MRVPCalais

Yep, only VN's and very early VP's have the tube steel headers, if your VP is not one of the first few and has those headers rather than the cast ones then chances are it's the 185kw tune. I don't know if the VP 185kw clubsport spec tune had the CAI
Quite simple to tell...........there will be HSV enhanced badge on the car, genuine HSV enhanced cars have a build plate for them, check the broadcast code on the memcal, ring HSV with the VIN, etc.
You cant tell just by if it has the CAI and memcal as these are added to shit loads of cars.

There will be a build plate on the firewall near the brake booster that has the build number stamped on it.
The dash badge should read something along the lines of "HSV VP Enhanced #XX".
Ring up HSV with your VIN number and they will send you a letter with the mods done to your car.
The original owner of my car ticked the following options:
- 180kW engine pack,
- 16 x 8 wheels (same as vp clubby rims but 8" wide, not 7")
- HSV stamped body kit,
- HSV suspension package
The amount of options you could choose was quite extensive, you could even get the whole interior retrimmed by HSV but my car missed out on that.
Foammedia, the VP Clubsport and VP HSV's in general were 180kW, not 185kW. My car does not have the standard crappy exhaust manifold, its got HM headers and the SV airbox which were part of the engine pack.
The auto's were also recalibrated due to the memcal change.
