Question Stiff change from park to reverse

Might sound a bit weird, hopped in the car the other day, and i noticed that suddenly it had became really stiff to change from park to reverse. When changing from reverse to park, its pretty stiff, then it clicks into park as feelin like the shifter was pulled from my hand.. If that makes any sense lol.. Any ideas? Got me stumped...
    Cheers, Gaz

Yeah I have this same problem. In my case its seems like there is a leak from the auto transmision, so check your fluid levels. The other things is my auto seems to need just SLIGHTLY more fluid than the level marker says. It always seemed to be the case even when it was 18 months old (when my family bought it)

when you chuck it in gear and the uni joint has some slop and goes CLUNK.. simply it needs new uni joints but they are so much effort to change so i could be bothered at the momet. lol

Yeah i checked tranny fluid, that was my first thought.. Stuck it over the pit and theres a tiny bit of oil comin from it... im talkin tiny though, and th fluid levels fine.

what about spending $100 buks and get a trans service, i did any my shift kit t700 runs so much nicer with tightned bands and new oil, ull notice the difference and its always wise to service the trans to see whats going on
    Cheers.
