the globes at the back have nothing to do with the indicator. the globes on the bottom of the dash light up that light. just check all 10-20 of them to see which ones are working

Are you talking about all those little globes right down the bottom of the cluster? if so i worked out which one was for the indecator and tried acouple of differant globes but still no go.

had the same problem, thought it was the bulb so i changed it, still didnt work, so then i thought about it and i just changed the whole fitting thing with another one as it wasnt making contact with the copper tracks and that was all, i used a knife to make sure the copper track was all joined and cleaned to make contact

I worked the problem out it was what donwb said the pin [little glob down the bottom] was out by one just had to put one in eleven. My only problem now is when indecator is on the PWR light flasher's so i jus got to put the right strip with the indecator arrow, pwr, engine, demister in as i got em mixed up with a differant one when i had it pulled apart.
