Ok i've woundering for awhile about this there are some tyres out there that say rotation on them with an arrow to show which way the tyre should be rotating. Is this some sort of remould or is it just something some tyre companys recommend that that tyre should rotate this way.
some tyres are specially designed to only go on one way.if they run backwards they arent as good.
Yeah, it depends on the form of grip and tread pattern on the tyre etc...So its designed to rotate a specific way for best grip etc.
also the fact.. if you have directional tyres and have them the wrong way in the wet.. they dont clear water properly and greatly increase chances of aquaplaning.
Driving a CURSED WH V6.
Iv alwasy changed my tyres from front to back. Never left to right.
Theres No Replacment For Displacement
Theres actually a correct way to rotate your tyres...and its not just front to back.Originally Posted by TazmanCrash

also you will find with all wheels if they have been rotating one way for a while it roll the wires inside a certain way then if you put them on the opposite side it will roll the wires a different way and will end up causing them to burst out the side of the tyre had it happen a few times
