Sounds good mate, Ive seen an alloy radiator with twin AU's setup on a 308 with the 100Lph craig davies w/pump. The setup worked well but at higher RPM

the engine got very hot, in the end he changed to a different w/pump )cannot for the life of me think what it was though.)

I have heard nothing but good things about the C.D w/pumps (exception being the 308)so I would say go for it.

As for the thermo fans, can you ever go wrong with them? The 304's keep reasonably cool IMO, but cooler will never hurt.

Good luck with it.

Steve.

Just had a look at ur "my ride" section and thats one bloody nice ss mate. Very clean indeed. You should get a few more kw out of the elec w/pump and you

should be able to get both items for around $400 in total. Plus once you've done that it will be one thing out of the way if you go chasing more power.

Shouldnt need tuning but I am not too sure in that department. Fans maybe?

I only do mechanical I am not technoligicaly up to date.

As far as I know it will just be bolt on and go. (might need an adapter for where waterpump was?)

Hope I answered Q's insted of posing more.

Thermos can either be wired to a switch or to the ecu and be controlled that way. Water pump best bet is to get the temp controller from davies craig.

Subdue look at this page, click on mods up the top then on installing VT twin thermos. AU's are the same but less trimming for the top and bottom radiator hoses.
