I was a bit shocked when I ripped off my number plate light on my VN, and A LOT of water came out. Light was still working, but terminal very corroded. How do u stop this problem? I cant imagine water and electricity being a good mix! I was thinking maybe putting a L.E.D wedge globe in there and sealing it off with silicon. What have you guys done?!
What type (number) wedge globe is it, cause I want to order a L.E.D replacement online.

All over it or just the numberplate lights? OK I'll go on the number plates
The lights is at the top of the garnish covered very well when wet.
Instead of a single light on the bumper they have twin lights above the number plate facing down hidden under the top of the garnish.
