Correct screw size to hold interior light on?

I have a problem with my interior light, some former owner has lost the screws and put in the wrong size ones. They are a close fit, but sometimes they fall out when I change the lightglobe, go over a big bump ect! Damn its simple but annoying. Anyone know the dimensions of the orginal ones, or where to get 'em?
