Questions about heater and VR speaker PODS

My heater doesnt work and im freezing my ass off every morning. What could it be? i know its changing from cold to hot, because it does put out someheat, but if i put the fan on, it will just blow normal air. Someone told me its my heater core, but im not convinced. is there anything else that could be stopping heat?


I picked up some door speaker pods with speaker holders from a VR commodore for $10bucks each (gotta love pick a part). Just wondering how hard its going to be to install them on the VN. I had a hard time getting the VR trim off the door without breaking it, i sure dont want to break my cars one. If someones done it, can you please let me know what exactly i have to do.

cant help ya much matey but the door trims are a bastard theres you just gotta take ya time i think or those blue pluglike things will not only snap but they will take that shitty crumbly wood with them. If anyone can help with the heater problem i would be much appreciated as i hav the exact same problem, only time i dont freeze my arse off is midday

i have this problem as well i fixed it a bit because it was low on water but its still only luke warm and takes 40 min to warm the car on a cold mourning. to make sure the hot water is getting into the car there is 2 copper pipes to the left of the drivers feet under the dash feel them when the car is running they should be to hot to touch. if so then likley the heater core, tell me how u go if you change it. if there not hot just flush the system to unblock it.
