    Default Winding odometer back

    Can anyone tell me how to wind my speedo back as i just up graded to a level2 cluster and it has 180 thou more than my old one.I was going to replace it with my old speedo but it is broken and i want the new one saying what i have really done.

    most instrument makers can do this, if youre handy with tools etc pull the cluster apart & do it yourself

    You need to open it up, and just using a small screwdriver or a pen or...just about anything really, slide the little plastic flippy cog out of the way (you'll see what I'm talking about when you're in there). Then you can just spin the number wheel by hand. Get it to the number you want, and just let the flippy cog slide back and it's all good.

    ^^ On the dollar right there, Its that easy.. Just dont be to harsh at the back there.. They are fragile

    Hey Guys

    is it possible to swap the speedo's from L1 cluster to L2 cluster, so as to keep the same mileage

    when i swapped from l1 to l2 i swapped my speedo too as the l2 one didn't work
    it is really easy to do. toom only a few mins

    Yeah they can be swapped. If you are sliding the pin back, only remove the left hand circuit board. The right one has a couple of cogs in there that can fall out. If you have any problems doing anyof it let me know.
