hmm, i dunno man, thats gunna look REALLY out of place (if you can even get it to fit....which is a mission in itself)...the way the vt quarter panels "bulge" out versus the vn's relitively flat q/panels are your biggest problem (have a look at a vt from the back and then look at a vn...completely different shape).
so if you managed to get the vt r/bar to mate up, it would be a huge difference in the way the quarter panels flowed to meet up with the r/bar....

If you really know what you are doing you will get it to fit might have to chop a section out or some thing but there are custom workshops around that can make any sort of body kit / bumpers to fit have alook at pimp my ride at some of the bodykits for other cars they have fitted to cars it's not meant for.

They are fibreglass though...They are kits designed for one model, but in the style of another model. Eg. designed to fit a VN but in the style of a VX

No what i mean is i've seen say a little toyota carolla that they dont make body kits for then i've seen a bodykit thats made for a tottally differant car get modiied to fit it.I've seen this happen with quite afew differant cars some times half the middle section of the bumpers have to be cut out and the body kit re-joined ect. When it comes to custom work you would be amased at what they can do i've seen BMW grills and headlights wirtually the whole front getting made to fit to a tottally differant make all togeather.

Ahh ok. You could still go for the Fibreglass kit version tho...cheaper surely? Like those freakin veilside kits etc...on every friggin car...and u can have custom kits made pretty easy?

yeah, fibreglass kits are easy to mod, but genuine bumpers a little harder, i got a fibreglass aero bumper on the front which i have glassed up and made differently and stuff,

Im pretty sceptical of it, the shape of the two are completley different and the mounts would more than likely be different (least of problems associated with doing something like this though i spose). The VT is also about 50mm wider than the VN. Also you'll notice that the VT rear bumper on the sides meets the rear panels smoothly as to blend in with the panel whilst the VN bumper doesn't. Alot of differences with appearances, dimensions etc., so don't think it would be possible.
    Cheers, Gaz
