Default flywheel / torque convert upgrades

    hey,

changed my starter motor today and was able to see the condition of my fly wheel, dont look in the best condition... i know to replace the flywheel the tranny has to be dropped out so i figure may aswell upgrade the torque converter to something a bit quicker off the mark...

thinking of a 2500rpm-3000rpm stall converter

i dont want to put stock parts back into it... what choices in flywheels have i got, is it worth upgrading it?? much increase in performance???

i have been looking for a flywheel replacment for a long time. the first one i cracked good and proper and this one is one it's way out, i'm not talking about the ring gear, that was fine (i,e it started) but the actual plate cracked and broke.
if you do find someone who does a good aliminum plate heads up
