Yeah around that. Most I have seen are $80. Legally they must be ADR approved as well, which is mostly Momo I believe, but im not 100% sure.

Momo make a collapsible boss kit for $90.

hey fellas .. as long as you put your ignition shroud back on and it all looks above board
what are the odds your gonna have a copper inspect it and determine wether or not its adr apporoved??

worry more about your tinted tailights chopped springs and green headlights lol

grab a boss kit, get your wheel, and you'l be sweet
    never late in a 3 0 .. uhhh ... intercooled turbo

yes i drive an mx6 turbo ... its probably quicker than yours.

they will sting you for no padded wheel before they do for non adr boss kit. worry about that IF you have an accident.

honestly, as long as it looks neat and you're not an ass to them, you should be fine.

there would be, but what is it? id assume the solid aluminium ones arent adr approved as theyre not collapsible, but the others i dont see why not, they all have the indicator stalk lug to stop indicator. what else would there be? they come with contacts for horn.

Maybe they just approve Momo because it keeps peopl paying out their behind for legal gear...so people get cheaper stuff, are defected and then pay $21.90 to have the defect removed and the government makes more money... lol its a conspiracy see...

if the car came with a padded wheel, by law you must have a padded wheel on it, but unless ur being a dick or the cops jsut a wank, usually they wont say anything. ive been pulled over with my wheel and no problems.

I was pulled over with my old sports wheel and was defected. The policeman pulled me over as he saw my blue parkers for a split second when I switched my headlights on...

He walked up and asked for my drivers license and asked "Do you realise that blue parkers are illegal? And so is your steering wheel too by the looks"

I was incredibly police when he pulled me over.

He didnt get me for very dark smoked tail lights, tacho or any of that stuff. Just the steering wheel and blue parkers.

Ah thats cool. Good luck getting the boss kit man...post pics when its all installed

p.s. when removing stocko wheel, lightly pull one side then the next. just lightly trying to bring it closer. Works a treat normally. At the wreckers the guy went to take it off for me, an was banging the crap out of it with a hammer etc. tryin to get it off...and i needed it to get through regency (old stock wheel had give in the outer cover and got defected for that too.....for a stock steering wheel !! ) but I asked the guy if i could have a go....lightly pulled left side, right side etc. several times and off it came easy as can be.
