    Question instrument clusters again!

Hey all, new to this forum but have been hanging around for a while.

I'm sorry to bring this up yet again, and yes, I've already done plenty of searching and reading on this topic but am a little confused.

I just picked up my 91 vn exec of my uncle and he gave me a replacement instrument cluster w/ tacho which he had picked up but never got around to fitting. The replacement came from a wreckers and has VN COMMODORE written on it but i suspect that this is wrongand it is actually from a later model. The flexible circuit board is green whereas my standard cluster has a blue one, and none of the connections match up.

Is it feasible to retrofit my original 'blue' board onto the new cluster?

    Cheers
