Where can i get a new tacho for a L3

Where can i get a new tacho for my L3 cluster? i pulled my cluster apart today and if you turn the needle for the tacho all the way around to the other side it just stays there.Should'nt it come back around to the start on it's own like the speedo,temp and fuel gauges? if so can this problem be fixed ? if not does anyone know where i can get a new tacho from?

no it doesnt go back like the others thats normal is it not working at all?

yeah! the tacho is just not working at all i've pulled it apart nd had a look at it but yeah it's not working.When i put it back in the car after pulling it apart when i turned the key to start the car the tacho needle jumped a real little bit as soon as the power came to the dash from turning the ignition on.
