Looks ok mate.. You asked for critism.. So here it is..

If your going to go white, atleast match it all White/Black Just adding white may look good but everybody is doing it now.. Be different go the whole 9 yards.

Also mayb try putting the speakers entirely into the tray it will look much sleeker.

Looks really good man. Swap the Toyota dash badge with a Holden one though!!!

    And ditch the cannon!

Whats the details and specs on the car audio? Did you do the box yourself?

    Good work on it all!

LOL...mud in the engine bay...a quick hose and it would look a whole lot better. Have you thought about doing something with the stock shifter? Looks kinda out of place sitting there like that.

A nice B&M shifter could look sweet in there. But it's not too bad as it is.

Nice work on the highlights inside the engine bay, got a good finish on everything in there.

thanx, and yeah i should but 1 of me mates that ownes a vn commodore hangs shit on me for it being a lexen but it back fires cause mine looks better at the moment so until our little comp is ova i will. As for the audio specs right now i can only give un-detailed specs cause i have just plainly forgoten but il get on to it.
    Front: stock 4"
    Head Unit: Sony xplode CDX-S2200 mp3 4*50w=200w
    Rear: Sony xplode 3-way 200 w6*9
    Subs:2 Boss 800w 10"
    Amp: Boss BA-2900 4ch*250w=1000w
Box L's: I think its 237.5l but that doesnt sound right so il check up on that.
i know the goods may not look inviting but the sound that is produced is good enough for me i cant sit in the car with it turnd up and at that level it still wont distort. as for db i havnt had it tested. and yes the whole boot setup i made myself.

Keep the Toyota badge Lexcens are the gun item. But I'd have the dash original, white looks young and cheap to me, but I'll let you have you time with it. You will grow out of it one day and wonder why you did such crazy stuff. Stick a TRD sticker on the dash just to make sure everyone knows it's a Toyota.

P.S the weeping cherry tree looks impressive as should be a good show in a couple more months time

    thanx for all the feedback.
firstly:i used to have the engine bay spotless but then we moved out bush and i constantly drive on a dirt road so everytime i pull out of the drive she's dirty again but i should have cleaned it before i took the pics.
second: the shifter seems a popular mod to do i had thought of it before but not in detail so it will now go on my list of things to do.
3:thanx 1991_Vn2nV the boot was the hardest thing i have done so far so its nice to get compliments.
4:greenfoam, yes i probebly will think why i did that in a few years when ive grown out of it but hopefully i wont be thinking a lexcen is a collectable so i will just get rid of it. The cherry tree looks great il try remember to take a pic just 4 u. lol.
    Thanx again to everyone

yeah, don't change the badging, be proud of what you have, anyone with any nouse knows it has the heart of a holden, thats what matters, beats being fake and hiding shit.

Looks like LOT of time and effort gone into a ride for a young fellow, not a fan of the exhaust, neons and guages... but each to their own, it aint TOO riced up at least. Best Lexcen i seen in ages at least!

must really say it's quite good.Wish I could have bought a car that young and progessivly(sic) worked on it. Yeah I'd ditch the cannon, (a bit too skyline for me) and be proud of the Toyota it is. I'm serious by the way. As previously stated the interior looks good now but I can guarantee, you will get sick of it. Great job on the boot install. umm that's it.

edit: I started writing after Greanfoam 9:14pm so I just repeated everyone else I see

Only thing i have to add is that once you start doing the interior.....you have to do the whole thing. Lol and ive nearly finished a complete re-colour so i know what its like,.
But the work youve done shows good attention to detail, so choose a contrasting colour (maybe the black?) and finish it off. should look mint
And dnt be afraid to do exterior when u finish the interior.. ive done my whole car myself as well and it looks sik, time and attention gets the good results
ha, and as far as the badging goes, do what u like, after all its still a holden under the badges

Agreed. the pics show that you've put a lot of effort into it. If your going to do something do it once and do it right.
The white is not my cup of tea, but nice job anyway.

Looks pretty good, Good system you got there The white isn't bad but maybe whats not white could be black? The blue looks a bit OD. The dash with black in the cluster and the black cluster switches looks good, the blue black would look so much better then blue.
All it needs now is a good clean outside.

Nice work dude.. just one question tho.. what's the NOS switch for? There is an apparent lack of NOS bottles to go with the switch.

Nothing wrong with a Lexcen bro.
Mine's white, and the white boot garnish looks SO MUCH BETTER than the grey one on the VN Executives.

Id leave the badges as lexcens, after all that is what it is. Id say its pretty annoying when ppl own execs and badge them ss so that my opinion on that anyway.

Secondly i guess agreeing on one colour scheme would be they way id go, the black and white interior looks mad, but doesnt go with your under bonnet scene. You have obviously put alot of work into it, and thats worth a commendation to you. Theres my 2 bob.
