Statesman seats in a sedan?

Hmm, I've just been offered a set of front and rear VS statesman seats (non-leather) for $250, and I'm seriously considering it... Just not too sure if the rear seats will go straight in. I know the fronts are simple enough, and the rear bench looks the right size... so does the fold-down bit in the middle. It's just the back seats, left and right, that seem to be a different shape. Does anyone know if they'll go straight in to a VP sedan?

goes in but with mine, i have vr stato leather, i have to make a new middle seat belt thing like the vs models so the middle comes down over the shoulder not around the waiest as my old vq seats had a little cut out part in the fold down bit
