P.S- Just come to the conclusion might be piston rings, I'm scared like a mofo right now...

I donno, could be rings, sounds like your rings, would explain smoke anyway, how good are you at ripping apart your block?
aZk.
is this smoke completely white?...as in no tinge of blue or anything, just white.
because pure white smoke is usually water/coolant being burnt in the exhaust....hold a white cloth over the exhaust tip for a minute and see if it becomes oily or just a bit damp.
it could be a bunch of things at this point (valve seals, valve guides, piston rings, etc.) narrowing it down by finding out for sure whether its oil or not will help.
Try coasting down a hill without applying throttle, but making sure the revs are at about 3000rpm. When you get to the bottom and accelerate away, if it smokes then, it's probably the valve stem seals. This is easier in a manual, but still possible in an auto if you stick it in 2nd gear I think.
If it just smokes on acceleration (without idling first) then it indicates rings.
I had an old Vauxhall Nova that used to make everything behind it disappear each time I got to the bottom of a hill because the valve stem seals were shot. It ran for ages like that though!
Whoever said 'There is no substitute for cubes' had obviously never heard of Jet power
could be tyre smoke by the look of your little pic?
Ok well...
1- Held rag over exhaust tip, Water not oil..
2- Can't do compression test, our tester wont fit "have to get another one"
3- Already put metho in fuel so not water in fuel
4- No oil in radiator coolant
5- Car's been idling passed 15mins an waters justpissing out exhaust.... Radiators not losing water....
6- Head gasket is my last resort........................ Goin to open radiator cap with rag an see if she's bubbling.

white smoke means burning oil through the rings ie a worn about to die motor most likley.
13.3 1/4 exhaust only untuned!
Rings are fine, compressions fine......
Leaky head gasket..................

well that water/coolant is getting in the exhaust somehow...and im tempted to say valve seals as the likely culprit. the water (and it sounds like alot of it from your discription) has probably damaged the o2 sensor, thus the code 13.
if it were the head gasket (which im not ruling out) you *should* be loosing oil as well...although ive heard of cases where oil is still sealed dispite a blown head gasket.
well it could be even come out the rocker cover bolts i bet it the one near the throttle body as ive seen a few that leak from the actual grommets
