hay guys and girls just wanted to know how many litres of oil i need to put in my VN V6 after i drain the sump cheers heaps , i have looked around for the answer but i couldnt find so yeah cheers

if she's a standard sump the 5L bottle should be fine Just keep checking the dip stick so you don't over fill

The manual says 4.1 litres if you change the oil filter and 3.8 litres if you don't.

I'd be inclined to chuck in around 3.5 litres let it settle for 10 minutes then check the dipstick and add as required in 0.5 litre increments.
