if the interior and paint is unmarked and your in for the long haul with the sale.
i reckon the right person would pay around the $4000 mark.
things like headunits, crappo mags, cat back exhausts etc, dont really make your car anymore valuable at all.
never late in a 3 0 .. uhhh ... intercooled turbo
yes i drive an mx6 turbo ... its probably quicker than yours.
I reckon advertise it at $4,900 maybe and go from there... The big thing is the low km's.. 138k is very low for a VP, so $4500 is probably gettable. As I said advertise for $4,900 negotiable, and see what offers you get.
yeah anything from 4500 is promising, i did see a vp in the paper for 5 grand with only 83000K on it! one elderly lady owner, now thats pretty good, but still wouldnt pay 5K
Nate
5k is really the limit for a stock VP. Sure, the grannydore has only done 83,000 - but all the problems we've fixed on our 150,000km+ commodores are yet to show their ugly heads.
4,500 would be good money for a mint, manual VP. Auto would probably go for 3,500.

i just traded my 92 vp 5speed for $4.500 it had done 215,000 kms so if a holden dealer is gonna give me $4.5g's for it then you should have no problems getting that for it in thte paper i went to 3 diffrent car yards and the most one waas gonna give me was the place i got it from 4 yrs ago the said 4.5 - 5 g trade in
Manual commodores are almost impossible to find these days, and the ones you do find are normally up shit creek
So yeah anything around $4,500 you should get easy. Don't let it go for less, because someone out there WILL pay it. If they really want a manual commodore, they prob. know how much theyre worth
