calais instrument cluster

hey guys,
i've just converted my vn s pack wiring harness to a vn series2 harness with climate control. what i need to find out is how do i set the speed alert as mine is switched off. also the fuel gauge reads correctly but on the cluster window it reads more kays to empty than whats in the tank. i've checked the back of the instrument cluster and it's switched to 60l same as the size of my tank. when i hold the reset button the second window on the cluster comes up showing flo cal. what's the flo cal meant to be set at? it ranges from 497 to 600 plus.

To set the Over speed you press the +/-, as for the other stuff ii'll scan the manual in a sec.

default value is 625, then work it out by doing some known distances.

Mine ended up being 636 over 5 kms is was spot on

Sorry for the delay, heres the 4 pages I scanned out of my manual. They cover pretty much all of the workings for the trip computer and lcd displays including the calibration. Hope this helps.
