Just seen this on ebay, wondering whats the deal/ would it even fit under a vn-vr bonnet? not interesting in buyin it. Just looks really cool....

made by Holmart... very tatsy bit of steel...
I spoke to the guy who makes them as i was looking at buying it - until i found they are illegal in S.A. - and i don't need the hassles with getting defected. again. and again, and....
Looks like a kick-arse piece of engineering...probably need to have the group A buldge though to make it fit.

Im pretty sure they fit under the bonnet fine... They have a website but I cant remember it. They sell 70mm throttle bodies and a few other things for the VN-VR V6 as well.
Really you can be defected for it? Is it actually meant to enhance performance? I was just a little interested. A supercharger setup welded to fit the manifold would most probably look and go really good. ****in pricey tho for something that doesn't show much infoOriginally Posted by Calais'd
yeah any mods to the intake manifold arn't allowed here in S.A. It would increase performance, as to how much - i'd be quite keen to know. I've got a blower aswell and thought that would go nicely with it, but oh well...
Would look aright on the buick i reckon. Wish it wasn't defectable in SA. Might have considered buyin one with my tax cheque if one created some decent gains in power.
That must be one hell of a tax cheque you get back. Lucky bugger.

yeah $1725 in total plus i got like $700 saved. I will be spending most of my cheque on a custom chip n tune tho.Originally Posted by mouce
