vn interior trouble

hey guys...
i am wanting to paint the inside of my vn. just a black and a white around the centre dash, and the dash behing the stering wheel if u understand what i am saying. but i am having trouble getting the dash off. my first question is how do u get out the white air conditioning thing, i cant seem to get it out so i can get the last center dash part out

my second question is what shoul i use, i hear good things about spray and liquid dye.....?????what should i use

and my last one is..i iwould have no clue on what to do about cleaning and preping..then applying the dye...how should i do it

OK this will b perfect for u. i think i hav pictures in the pics of my vn section, also theres a thread i made about it, look under my profile and i think u click veiw threads started by keesh.. n e way, i took everything out EXCEPT the dash itself, i masked the window and sprayed it in the car, i highly recomend VHT vynal dye in a can, dont use k&h vynal paint. sofar ive used like 12 cans overall, ive done it all in black and white, including doors and al the inner plastic if u hav questions id b glad to help u!
