    Angry No heating...........HELP please!!

Can anyone help? I cant get any hot air from my heater in my S1 VN Berlina

I've flushed out the heater core which seems to be fine, and checked the little lever on the right hand side of the centre console is attatched and working.

The heater valve doesn't open and close when you adjust the heat controls from hot to cold and back, but I have also tried holding the valve open while my girlfriend sat in the car and she said I still didn't get any hot air through. I looked inside the heater valve too, and it opens and closes when you operate it manually.

    Help!! I'm cold.

Try starting the car & use the heater control & check if you can hear a vacuum leak as the heater control is vacuum controlled we had same problem with a vn at work & found to be faulty heater control or you may have a vacuum leak try that & see how you go

Ok,thanks. I'll give that a try tomorrow and see what happens. The vacuum definitely isn't operating the heater valve in the engine bay.

The heater tap could be buggered?
The Garrett GT42R Turbo is bigger than most human heads and will suck in small children and animals if they get too close.
