Need Motor!!!

thats fairly pricey,

one of my mates got one for $50 with 170,000km on it from the wreckers
and in turn i got the old s1 motor for free :P

most wreckers charge $175~ish for commodore engines (v6) and like $250 for v8's

the vn v8's are usually snapped up within a few hours of being in the yard...

also you have to remove the engine your self

i think ill just go and buy a writeoff coz i need loom and box ect as well for my hz
soon to have a 355 stroker injected hehehe

The going price for a VN V8 engine is still well over a grand , you could proabbly find a few 253's for $250 but yeah that wouldn't come close to buying even a old 308 most of the time
