door trim help please

how can i get the trim passed the air vent on drivers side the rubber want go passed it i cant work out how to get it in please help thanks hoon1

have a look were the door trim runs on the vn drivers side the top vent

If its the door seal/trim bit you might have to take the vent side off by undoing the 2 screws on the side and the one from inside under the fuse cover door.Then take the 4 screws out that secure the vent itself from the dash edge.They are pretty recessed so you need a screwdriver with a bit longer shaft.When you have all the screws out it will be very loose if it shows some resistance keep looking for a screw that you have missed.
With that off the weatherstrip door seal should just come off.
