    Default respraying engine bay

    hey guys... has anyone here got a ugly white engine bay like me?????

    notice how ALL the dirt and grease manages to show up???
    anyone think i should respray my engine bay gloss black???

    the engines going to come pretty much out when i rebuild the bottom end for the turbo..... the cars gonna stay white...

    and while i spray the engine gay spray all the tank and stuff like blue/red or something to go with the colour....

    yes mine is filthy. black should be good cause you wont see any dirt

    while i spray the engine gay

    personally i think painted engine bays should stay with the show cars...if its a daily driver i wouldn't...i think its money that could be better spent else where

    Black also shows up dirt really badly. Have a look at some of the black cars on the road! My last car was black and I ended up steam cleaning the engine bay each time I washed it as you could see nearly every mark and dirt trail. The only thing I can say is it didn't show oily bits too badly.
