Vn Keeps jerking at 3500rpms

Well I have just replaced my harmanic balancer because my other one was stuffed. Now my vn is running smooth up until I hit about 3500rpm then it jerks and feels like it is surging, yet at low revs it is sweet. Does anyone have an opinion on this

did you reset the clearance between the balancer and the crank angle sensor??? might not be able to pick up a signal at the higher revs

Well I altered my CAS today and now car is running mint, no longer missing at high revs, in fact I put my put down today and the car went fully sideways, not a bad problem to have!!! gave a EVO 1 a race of the lights and beat him by 3 car lengths over about 150 meters - pretty happy
