wats it off? coz u wont get 85mm out of a vn tb.

i think itd be close to overkill, but if u can get it cheap, organise a dynorun and try stock then 85mm, see what it does.

got any other mods to justify it?

It shouldnt make any major difference to idle...

But the biggest you can get out of a VN throttle body is 71mm... So I dont think its gonna fit your car man, unless its a full custom throttle body.

I have seen a 90mm custom on a VN before.

The 90mm ones ar from Starr Performance. They only fit on because of the customised neck welded on to the factory inlet manifold.
I cant see how you will fit this throttle body on mate.........

sounds way to big, whats the size of the intake on the manifold, theres no point going bigger then that as the intake will be the biggest restriction unless you mod the intake manifold to suit the bigger throttle body

Actually some people believe that having an oversized throttle body and a big CAI setup can give a sort of tunnel ram effect into the manifold. I dunno how well it works i've only got hearsay evidence.

you could just get it, fit it, if it doesn't do anything, get rid of it OR fit a bigger cam etc and go for gold
