well first it would help my listing your modifications????
it all depends on what you've done..
im still a n00b at tuning, i need to get a GTEC so i can monitor the changes i make to see if they go faster or slower but yeah Greenfoam and VP_Luke have good experiance tuning cars, maybe ask them???
He posted what he has a few times, anyone of a quite a few people can make you a tune but it's still worth persisting with tuner pro so you can make your own adjustments later on
ill have a go at tuner pro but i still cant seem to under stand it

Those are really a waste of time/money subdue. Even with what you are doing to your car with the 284 cam etc. You can make that idle almost stock smooth with the factory computer so there's no real point in another ecu
you can teach a delco computer to do some pretty funky things.... take super sedan speedway for instance....they run off their nut engines with delco computers.![]()
i wonder if i can get one of those for my vn??lmao

hey, a little off topic, but i just bought a powerchip pretty cheap and im fairly impressed with the extra power it gave, but now it is chewing through alot more fuel... and at the same time of installing the chip i also put in some new injectors so im just wondering what is causing it to use more fuel... the chip or the new injectors??
cheers
it will be the chip not the injectors. unless you put over size injectors in

nah the injectors arnt oversized, they are just recoed vn ones, so it must be the chip then...
Hrmm ive never heard of anybody having fuel eco problems when putting the chip in.. Could be a fault with the jectors since they are recos

The powerchip doesn't change the fuel at cruising revs at all. So it's either in your imagination or more likely you have been driving harder to test the new chip but it really wont have made any difference
its probably the BRFOTLP variable in the chip too heavy... (big right foot on the loud pedal)
