vn is aproaching "gangsta" status (i got new rims)

hey guys, picked up my new rims today

they're 17x8's got 6 tyres, 4 bridgestones with %90 tread and 2 other ones with %60 tread

they're shaddow chrome and the paint could be better, (getting them resprayed) few chips n shit and not much gutter rash

gonna lower the rear end 2-3 inches more, its currently sitting on supers at the front and ultra's at the rear

and YES my camera is rooted, it bent light in 1 photo.. these rims are soo fat

when its lower it will be gangsta

i paid $350 for the lot

hahahaha ok jsut took it for a spin, rear left guard rubs, might just ajust my panhard rod to fix that cuz i think its out rear right is fine

hahah ive got the %60 treads at the rear...... getting em changed next week.... sat there spinning it infront of about 30 kids walking home from school lol got lots of cheers.. handeling = %100 better

btw who wants to buy 4x calais rims 15"

front tread is %90, rear tread is %70 (changed the fronts when i got the car didnt do the rears) $150 for anyone that wants them, good condition aswell...

just rolled the guards, and ajusted panhard rod, fixed that scrubbing issue cleaned them and polished them they look shinny

then full respray, new boot garnish, new bonnet as they're both bent
stupid idiot "friend" threw a tenis ball/cricket ball at my boot and dented the hell out of it, i tried running him over for that

paining rotors silver (just rusted parts)
and calipers blue

going metallic alpine white on top, and probbly same calais grey on bottom, just fresh paint and make sure its all smooth n stuff and shinny should look mint

then ill finish off the car audio/electrics, car pc ect (got it sitting in my room just need the 7" touch screen)

engine can come later when im a more experianced driver, still trying to decide to stick with the 6 and turbo it or go a 8, will have alot of funds at the end of the year so expect to see changes to her,

only really got into modifing her this year because she needed alot of work to get running good, oh well

I say turbo v6, they are an extremely un-common thing, I only seen a handfull of them before in mags etc, and should beat a mildly worked 8 anyway

theyres one near me thats pumping 220rwkw @ 8psi, VP v6
and v6 vengence pulled 280rwkw (he also blew alot of money on useless things and doubbles)

so yeah, might stick with the 6, but its gonna come out so i can tidy up the engine bay, might rebuild her while shes out dunno yet

the time frame for the respray will be nextyear, gonna do the top half first, bascially as soon as i get my own air compressor and gun and the paint ill be preping it for paint, it will be uber shinny

then and maybe then it might actually be worth taking it to the auto salon maybe
