nutral switch help

dose it have power through it if you put a test light on it in park with ignition on?just put one on no power

the neutral switch i'm not sure about but if you short the blabk and grey black (i think) wires on the car wiring loom you should get a crank situation. if you see sparks that means you have shorted the reverse lights wiring. i can double check the wiring colours tomorrow.
