    Question Quick Question

hey everyone. i recently cleaned my TB ect and did the 100% throttle open mod. i readjusted my throttle and kickdown calbes but now my car idles to high and i have the pull the accll pedal bak/out with my foot the get the idle bak down to normal.

Question 1) can i adjust my pedal? if so wats the way to do it.

Qustion 2) i pushed in the kickdown cable button and pulled it out to the left and it just hung out there, then i pushed the accll pedal all way down till it clicked bak in. is this right? seemed to easy. My trannie waz holding first and second to long and clunking into gear....

On models with a kickdown cable adjusting that often fixes the problem. The
adjuster is at the throttle body, just pull up the lock, pull the cable
right back against the spring tension and lock into position. Open the
throttle wide open (engine off) and the cable will ratchet to the right
    adjustment automatically.

It's also worth pulling the engine fuse for 30 seconds to reset the ECU.

got that off another site (its for a VS tho) see if it helps ne

also read this thread its very straight forward revs to high and gears not shifting right
