    Default Just lowered the VN

OMG! I just lowered my car, from standard ride height. It's not dumped, because that's just impractical (I take passengers and luggage a fair bit), but it's down about 1 1/2 - 2 inches....I'm no longer drivin a boat! I'm kickin myself for not doin it earlier!

Good one man, give us some prices and where you got it done, etc. So other ppl can see how much an upgrade (or should I say downgrade ) like this would set them back.

Lol...I dun have a camera...so ca't take picks I'm affraid....I went pedders all round, with comfort rider shocks....soooo much better than monroe! I think pedders actually put some effort into tuning, where monroe...well...cost 1000 in the end...not too bad in my opinion...

Na, it's had whole new suspension once before (200,000km on gravel wears things out), but as far as I know they were still to "factory" specs. We didn;t get anythin special other than heavy duty spings in the back last time (we towed horse floats a lot, and car trailers...with a 2 tonne valiant wagon on the back...I miss that car...)

As for monroe being good...if you tried pedders, you'd be on my side, trust me.
