    performance gear?

I would think that you would have to pull the engine out for the rear main seal anyways .... i could be wrong

Well thinkin maybe a hi stall replace heads with better ones with maybe a bore job cam and crank renewall shift kit ect ect. want a bit of a show off car, burnouts ect. but is it worth fixing the rear main in the mean time?a guy quoted $500.00 plus part on just the rear main but i recon if you are going to take it out why not do the whole lot.I want it to advertise my bussiness.

ok dont replace the heads just get em shaved.they flow something like 450 hp
imo just put a cam in and a stall and a stage 2 shift kit.
    you could also stroke it
its an engine out job to do the ream main on the older v8's.
you gotta take out the crank because the rear main is in the rear main bearing cap.
