Hi
I was thinking about doing some minor work in side my car and I was thinking about getting one of these, but I’m not to shore.
Just curious if any one else has purchased from this seller before and is it worth it...
They seem pretty cool, And for 15 bux I’am not going to complain.
The guy says "These are NOT cheap printed overlays - they are full replacements " but in the photo they just look like a thin piece of plastic...

Yeah they do not look like a full replacement to me..

Looks like an overlay. also be careful - that overlay is for a VS onwards. Unless you get a shift selector from a VS/VR (couple of bucks from the wreckers, or free with a set of hubcaps), you'll have a problem with the "3" overlapping your second "D" in the VP.

If you look at the top left hole you can see that the edges of it are straight and not jagged like the original. The original is jagged to hold it in place so it must just be a glue on cover otherwise its dodgy...

Good ol' speed graphics hey! He does great work I must say. He did my white ones in my VR (custom to suit BT1, http://cgi.ebay.com.au/BT1-Holden-Co...QQcmdZViewItem the foto is of mine) and he did hakhawks custom one aswell.
You would replace the factory one with the new one, a small amount of blutac will hold it.

It would be made from the same stuff that he used for my dash cluster and HVAC (heater controls) one. It is around 5mm thick. Trust me, you wont be disapointed with his stuff.

he got back to me today. he says its about .6mm and it does come with bottom allignment holes. so ill prob get one.... thanks for your help guys

hey it came in today and i quite like it i havent put it in yet but will do by the w'end, all the colour comes thru evenly and is bout 1mm thick so i think ill just find a bit of clear plastic or something to put over the top to help protect it
