whats it worth?

hey guys, im looking to sell my VN in a month or so and just trying to get an idea of what price i should ask for it. Details are:

15' rims (VR SS rims i think)
New paint job 2 years ago
1990 Executive, v6 auto
297,000 on the clock
Stereo - 6" in the front, 6x9 in the back, 12" sub - goes alright
Clean interior
Clean exterior
2.5" exhaust
60% tyres
keyless entry (aftermarket)
Steering box and all suspension bushes replaced at the start of the year
Mechanically is in good shape - my old man's a mechanic so its been looked after

any ideas on what its worth would be helpful.

even less with those kind of k's. The engine will require a recon/rebuild in the near future especially if you give it a bit of shit. 297k's is not appealing in anyones books.

Get a dash that reads 200,000 and you could probably get a good $3000 for it. With those ks, you're looking around the $1500-$2000 mark with roadworthy, depending on whether you can get a sucker

the kms are a bit of a letdown, don't get me wrong though, i am sure it runs like a dream.
