Radiator Problems?

What does it mean if i am having to fill up my radiator coolant every month or so? I dont think i have a leak but i am not 100% sure.

Id say it has to be going somewhere so yes you may have a leak. Has it been running hot?

well when it starts to run low it gets very hot obviously. But when i top it up its fine again.

you have a slow leak by the sounds of it, a good place to start looking is on the plastic attachments on the radiator (where the hoses connect, top and bottom). start the car up and let it get to running temp, look around the attachments and look for hair line cracks opening up as the radiator gets hotter.
also check all the hoses and hose clamps...if any look old or with the hoses if they are very stiff replace them.
hopefully its something simple like one of those things, otherwise get you cooling system pressure tested and that will find the leak.
