VR dash in a VP??

Hi Guys

Just wondering, ive seen someone advertise a VR dash that can fit into a VP. Is this true? If so can any VR dash go into a VP??

yeah its possible. takes a bit of work though but you can do it

hi guys. it is possible to put a vr dash in a vn-vp, but requires a fair bit of knowledge. i have just completed a dash conversion from a vs into a vn if you need any help send me a message and i will help you out. the best part about this conversion is the dash doesnt squeek and rattle as much as vn-vp dashs do.there is a lot more to this job then you would first assume.

Hi, I have purchased from e-bay what I was told was a VP tacho dash that I was hoping to fit into VP commodore (which currently has the standard three instrument dash ie fuel, temp and speedo). But I am now starting to believe that I have either a VR or VS tacho dash. If you have any instructions on how I can get this dash to work in my VP I would be very much appreciated. apparently the vr/vs complete dash can be put into a vn/vp although it is not an easy task and requires alot of mucking around. if you are just talking about the cluster then that is possible with some modifications but if its just straight put in you will fry the cluster.
