Default Pressure Hose on Power Steering...

Anyone having trouble with the pressure hoses on their power steering?

Mine came loose... Went through an entire bottle of coolant overnight... Didnt notice til today when it was making massive sounds driving through the hills...

Rang the RAA as I had no power steering oil left in the car anyway (normally carry a bottle but used it the previous day)... RAA came out, said it was the 3rd VN in 2 weeks with the same problem.

So im just wondering if its something to do with the pipe fitting or what?
