Radiator Flushing ???

ok so i think its about time i get rid of the water and muck in my radiator and replace it with coolant ahahhaha.
Any one know if its possable to do this my self or do i need to take it to a special place to get this done? is it easy ?
Also any one used " NULON RADIATOR FLUSH & CLEAN "
