Heater Selector thingy isn't working...How do I fix it?

OMG!!! Ruby has a fault!!!

The top dial in Ruby doesn't apear to be working. You know, the one where you select for it to be on feet, windscreen, face, recuirculate etc....

It appears to be stuck on the feet option. You can turn the dial fine, but it won't come out anywhere else.

I haven't pulled anything apart to have a look yet, but what could it be that would be stopping it from working? Stuffed if I know how the heater system works, so I have no idea where to start looking!!!

Could be the servo tubes have come off the back of the control.
