    Default supercharger blowing out seals

ok today my cousin and i installed a super charger onto his s1 vn v6.
    the car is compleatly stock,
the problem is whenever we turn the charger on it pushes oil out the rear main, it didnt have a rear leak before we started.
i was just wondering if some thing has to be done with the pcv valve, we have ran the breather hose into the intake of the charger.

also the first time we ran it with the charger switched on it blew the hoses off the charchole caniseter

You are pressurising your sump by the sound of it. Maybe take your PCV hose out of the blower, eliminate that, even pull your dipstick out too. How are these blowers lubed? Have you blown the arse out of your oil filter at all?

Are you sure its only running low boost........?

Might sound dumb, but is the PCV hose on the correct side of the blower? Its not pumping boost into your sump?

the pvc valve and hose are still conected to the intake, the breather hose is infront of the blower

ok so if i block the intake where the pcv valce goes and run the pcv valve to the intake of the blower it should solve the problem

You could remove the PCV from the system, just to determine if thats the prob. Its only a crankcase breather, just unplug it and see if you problem remains

u should have a hose runing from where the pcv hose went into the manifold to the intake side of the charger. and block off the fitting where the pcv hose went into the throttle body. mine blows the smaller hose that goes 2 the charcol canister every now and then.

this one blew the hoses off the charchole canister strait away,
also dose the breather hose from the rocker cover go into the intake of the blower 2?

So long as its not on the pressure side of the system I cant imagine it would be a problem? No instructions with the blower?

well the plan is for it to go into the intake of the super charger, then i think its still epa ok because its not going into the atmosphere.
but the vacume lines from the t/b aer going to be for the boost gauge and B.O.V

I meant to disconnect it just for diagnostic purposes. At least if you know its in the PCV system (or not) it narrows things down for ya

the head srcatching part is the breather hose is already on the intake of the blower. youd think the breather house would stop the pressurising the sump

ok i didnt think of that.
today was a bit of a rush and all we wanted to do was get it going so we could see what we did.
it will hopfully be on the dyno in the next couple of weeks so we can get power outputs
