    Default Do MIDAS do mandrel exhausts ???

    Anyone have any experience. Do Midas offer mandrel or/and mandrel bend exhausts? thanks

    Yeah i agree with ^^^^^^^^^^.

    They'll probably do the exhaust................................but first they'll tell you there is $1500 worth of stuff that needs doing to the rest of the car.

    nah, I know the guy, its all good.

    But im trying to find out, before I ring him tomorrow, if they do MANDREL bend exhausts...

    I've not had any problems with Midas. The guy just did my exhaust and gave me my car back! Not a word about any other problems

    That's awesome. I suppose they are all franchised - so each one would be run differently.

    I just had a nasty experience with them myself a while back.

    Mate how much power are you producing?? Unless it's a big number, mandrel-bent exhausts are a waste of money. you'll get all the gains you need from a V6 (I'm assuming your VN is a 6) with a press-bent 2.5" single system.... Mandrel bends are for people with too much money, or people looking for major power figures.

    Yeah its a V6, I spoke to my guy today, press bent it will be. He pretty much said the same thing as you. Gains still to be had, seeing Im fitting pacemakers as well. Thanks mate.
