Should I continue...
Sup all..
As you all may know I've put an ecotec into my VN.... Now this is where the thinking starts... It's being converted to l67 slowly as I needed a motor but didnt have money for l67.
I have:
M90 blower
10psi pulley
fuel rails
injectors
pump
pulleys
bunch of other shit....
I need the inlet manifold & i need to get my heads drilled & ported...
Aswell as compression dropped on my heads when that gets done.
Anything I need to change?!?!?!?
And do you think I should continue on my journey?!?
Cheers

ever thought about floggin it off and gettin a raptor or vortech??? i know it wont look stock but its alot less muckin round and gives the same result. and it would end up about the same price as gettin the heads filled, drilled, ported and getting the compression lowered.

the l67 also has different rods/pistons. much stronger then the standard ecotec.

Hi Hozy
i was up till 1am last night following the journey (reading your thread) ,youve had with your car and just about everything that could happen - has.I would be incline to put a standard motor in the car so you can still get around and slowly build up the motor that you intend to build properly and when you can afford it.
Youve gone to far with it not to keep going and your journey has definately inspired others to do stuff to their cars
Keep Going

yeah good setup but immortality has a point, the bottom end on the l67 was beefed up to handle the boost forcing the pistons againts there will.
have a look into it but deffiantly keep going
