Default s2 valve springs on s1 heads

hey... the valve springs for the s1 heads are like $150 for a set (doubble springs)

for the s2 springs (single springs) they're about half that... would s2 springs work on s1 heads and what would i need to change if anything????

btw im going crow valve springs

    cheers

i think the s2 springs would work, but seeing that you are turboin the thing i think it would be best to double valve springs to stop valve bounce when you floor it
Stato on the inside, berlina on the out side,5ltr under the bonnet, stockies all round...........that thing has to be a sleeper

aight... well looking at the 6 heads i have sitting outside...

2x have doubble valve springs and 1x has single (all series 1 heads)
so i assume it'd last... dammit now i have to save more money

atleast ive got heaps of heads to practice porting on before i even touch the good ones

I WANT MY VALVE SPRING COMPRESSOR TO ARRIVE

so the answer to the question is, Yes either valve spring will work

ok question for you all now... can anyone get me the best price they can on Crow doubble valve springs... i got priced $150 by bursons but i bet they can be sold for atleast $120...
